    Interface WireSizeMethod

    Winding wire sizing method. The value is an object, not a number: test it using is*() methods. The == operator compares object references and is unsuitable for this purpose.

    • True if the method uses the American Wire Gauge (AWG).

      Returns boolean

    • True if the method uses round wire of a specified diameter (Diameter).

      Returns boolean

    • True if the method uses rectangular wire of specified dimensions (Dimensions).

      Returns boolean

    • True if the method uses the winding fill factor (FillFactor).

      Returns boolean

    • True if the wire size is set by rectangular wire dimensions.

      Returns boolean

      Use WireSizeMethod.isDimensions.

    • True if the wire size is set by diameter.

      Returns boolean

      Use WireSizeMethod.isDiameter.

    • True if the method uses the Standard Wire Gauge (SWG).

      Returns boolean

    • True if the wire size method is not defined.
